Finally, after days spent painstakingly baiting the mythical and elusive woodland creature called Giant-Headed Gray (aka Satchsquirrel), this recently obtained photo proves that they truly do exist in the wild.

I can’t believe tonight is finally here. We’re at the Wilbur Theater, the tickets that have been tucked away in my wallet for five months have been torn, we have seats in the 7th row, and we’re waiting for Pat Metheny and the Unity Group to take the stage. Judging from the tour reviews, and the fact that Pat loves Boston, this concert is going to be epic.

March 21st, and we saw the first yellow Gold Finch on one of the bird feeders – and we also saw Mallards in the pond for the first time this year.  How do they know it’s the first day of Spring?  Do they have calendars??

There’s a house on Maple Street in Sherborn that sets up different scenes with plastic penguins – they are very creative and always fun to see. But today’s has to be one of the best ever. I love the one coming down the ski jump…
