Bummer!  I went to put a second hard disk in the server and all I got when I went to power it up was some beeping – the bloody thing had died!  My $25.00 yard sale server was dead!  I really didn't want to get another system and do a full rebuild, but I started trolling Ebay for a cheap system and found someone selling a dual processor system board that was an exact replacement for mine – and the CPU's were 1GHz faster than mine!  Well, I won the auction, I'm back online, and my $25.00 yard sale server is now a $105.00 yard sale server with more power.  Sweet!

Funny how nice weather, having both toys on the road, and plans for summer vacations have all conspired to put me in a really good mood!  I've ridden the Triumph a couple of times and the Sprite feels great with the rebuilt front suspension, and we are really looking forward to our trip to MD in early June and then our trip to Michigan and Ohio in late June.  I'm really excited to see everyone in MD, and this is the first time in a very long time that I will actually have enough time to relax and really spend some time with folks – it's usually just a few days and I end up feeling crunched to do everything – but this time we will have almost a week!

I've been thinking about time a lot lately – there just isn't enough of the stuff.  It seems like all I ever do is add things to my todo list but things don't ever seem to get crossed off.  What's up with that?  I guess I'm just interested in a lot of different things and there is lots I want to learn about and explore, but it's getting really frustrating that I can't get more done.  Or maybe I just get overwhelmed by my todo list – I look at the millions of things on it and then I just want to crawl in a corner and suck my thumb….
